Random Happenings

Paigey's in love.

With what you ask? Oh, just worms!
She LOVES to hunt for worms and as you can tell she is quite good at it.
She plays with them until night fall when they always seem to mysteriously disappear.

The boys slept in their closet.

Reading time with Daddy.

Jake often times is found reading on his own.

(the artwork on his face is left over from a birthday party.)

Saturday morning ...breakfast in the rain!

Paigey talking on her "cell phone" while she cleans up.
She was cracking me up. A full out conversation all the while she never missed a beat getting her job done. This is a girl who is already showing great signs of being a multi-tasker!

The kids are really enjoying Wriggley!
They involve him in their play and make great efforts in talking turns caring for him.

Connor & Paigey's classes to a trip to the Detroit Zoo!
We had a great day!

Tuesday is "Girl's Day" at our house. Paigey and I do all sorts of fun "girl only" things.
One of her all-time favorites is going to "Annie's Pretzel" at the Mall. She loves to dip!

Sometimes we dress up! Here she's pretty much emptied my jewelry box and donned my boots!

Play doh crown for a beautiful princess!

Saturday mornings are often spent hanging with Daddy and visiting some place fun.
Here is their trip to the Army Navy Surplus Store.

Paigey is desperate to wear curlers of any kind. She often asks when her hair is going to grow.

This is Paigey's favorite part of getting her hair cut. And yes, we do get her trimmed up (for free!) every 3-4 months because her blessed hair grows slowly, but oddly.

Jake with his Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Heidi Nichols.
She came for lunch this week and we had a wonderful visit.
She enjoyed the cards the kids made for her as well as the big "Welcome" sign Jake made.
She also loved seeing Jake's art room and all his creations.

Earlier this year Connor got to meet two Firefighter's who visited his class.

Our sign is up!
WHERE is my Prince???

  1. Wow -- those are some curlers! In the picture of Paige with the worms in her hand, it looks like she has a tiny foot growing out of her hand :-) Love the Posey Transporters sign! Life is good at the Posey house!
