Oakland County Fair

We took an afternoon trip to the Oakland County fair
and enjoyed a beautiful day looking at and learning about farm animals.

Baby pigs just two weeks old.

Seeing these "little" cuties just makes you want to take one home and experience your own little world of Charlotte's Web.

We saw the miricle of birth as we watch a video of the birth of the little piggies.
It made for lots of questions  :)

Baby Calf

Chickens, Roosters, Chicks, Turkey's ... they were all there!

After the animals we were off to have all kinds of amusement fun!

Daddy talked the boys (Paige wasn't yet tall enough) into riding the Tilt-A-Whirl!!
They came off walking all sorts of crazy! And vow to NEVER ride on such a thing again ever in their lives.  Something about quite possibly losing their lunch!

Go-carts, Baby!

Look out world! Paige in on the road!
She wasn't technically big enough to ride, but we were able to convince the ticket taker that Paige was not your average girl in a skirt! :)

After seeing her out there, he, too agreed, she was not to be messed with ;)

The great Daddy behind all the fun!
He encourages our kids to be brave, to take risks and try everything, at least once, because you never know how much you might enjoy it if you don't try!

Booty burn!

House of mirrors!
Hilarious! Paige was a hoot!

Jake had a ball on this ride. Every time he came around he did another dramatic gesture of entertainment for us. We were in stitches.

Jake's our only one tall enough yet, for roller coasters,
but he LOVES them!! He has no fear!

Before her face paint adventure...

And after...

Watching the baby calf again...because he was just THAT cute!

Our resident chocolate milk lover was all about the
"Bottomless glass of chocolate milk for 50 cents!"

Only the sparkliest of trackers would do.

Con heads up, up, and away on the giant swing.

All sorts of silly!

A Paigey sized rollar coaster...

So much fun! So many memories! Sometimes you just need to have a good day a PLAY!
