Home Church with Communion

One of our most favorite family times is having "Home Church."
I know, I know! We homeschool, for goodness sake take the kids to church!
But, sometimes a Sunday morning at home in our PJ's, letting the kids do church is as meaning...or more than attending with the brotherhood! :)
It doesn't happen often. We typically teach on Sunday mornings, but this one was an exception so Connor & Paige led worship...

Paige wanted to do communion and came up with this on her own!
She went to the medicine boxes and got all the little measuring cups. Ha!

Connor shared before a song.

We aren't big advocated of women serving communion...
but we made an exception! :)

Jake praying before taking communion.

The we had a surprise modern day gymnastics number.

Followed by a more "old school" flannel graph lesson.

I'm not sure how it plays out in pictures when you were there for the whole thing. But, it really was a wonderful time of churching as a family.  We love hearing how God is moving in the lives of our kids and great things come out in home church!
