Paigey Turns 4!

We don't waste any time in the Posey family moving from one celebration to the next. The first weekend in January we celebrated four January birthday's with cousins! Here is our snow-themed cake-with a sledding hill and ice rink!

Here is Willow, Zak, Nate & Paige

Macy & Paige play a little dress-up!

Connor makes Paigey's PINK birthday cake, while Jake supervises.

Paige invited three little princess friends over for a birthday tea party.

But, the day began with breakfast in bed!

Reading a princess story to her friends...

Caitlin Peterson, Pamela & Kate

The girls decorated their tea cups and saucers.

Do you notice an outfit change here? What about the fact that BOTH outfits are nightgowns!!!

Paige dresses up in her foofy dresses everyday! But, the day of the ever anticipated princess tea party what do you think she wanted to wear!?! I bit my tongue and sang sweetly,

"It's my party, I'll wear what I want to!"

Paigey opens her gift from Grammy & Papa. Grammy came for lunch & Papa joined us later in the day for dinner!

Papa shows Jake where Korea is (and lots of other stuff too, I'm sure! )

Paigey turns 4!!!!!

Paige opens a present from her cousins, Kiri & Moira

Bonus!! A flowy nightgown!!!

She LOVED it!

Princess Aurora from Jake & Connor

Connor never misses an opportunity to impress!

Paige receives her birthday blessing from Daddy.

Gifts: Her very own wallet!

A new devo book...

Baby Be Blessed Baby Doll

Imprinted with her name and life verse!

She loved it!

Papa and Paigey!!

Paigey shows Aunt Lisa her new baby!

It was a fun few days! I already love 4!! Paige was so thankful for all that she received for her birthday right down to a birthday balloon. "Thank you for my breakfast in bed, Mommy!" Later, "thank you for my tea party, Mommy. It's soo be-a-u-tee-ful!" I'm thinking 4 is going to be lots of fun! Paige is turning into the little girl we have been praying for her to be! God is soo soo good!!

  2. My mouth literally fell open when I saw the tea party. I am overwhelmed by all the work you went to and how beautifully everything turned out. Wow!

I LOVE the picture of Dad with Jake and the globe -- it's a classic. And the picture of Jake "supervising" Connor making Paige's cake is priceless too -- they're both so serious about the whole thing.

Thanks for sharing these pictures. What a wonderful day!

P.S. I should have mailed Paige's present. I was thinking I would bring it when I see you, but now that's seeming very far away, especially for a 4-year-old. I'm sorry -- I really dropped the ball.
