While we have been in Florida, the kids have been taking turns planning and preparing a meal.
Here Paige is making French Dips!
Connor made us breakfast one morning entirely by himself-
he even cleaned up the kitchen when he was done!!
Jake made turkey sub sandwiches...

But it wasn't for us...it was for her lizard!
Connor made Pizza...
And we came across some beautiful stalks of Rhubarb, so Steve didn't have to wait until June for his once-a-year Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie fix!!
(Maybe if I make TWO pies in one year, I'll get a little better at my crusts. Such a challenge for me!)
