OnGoal 2012

This past week we will in full soccer mode!
All three kids attended their third year of ONGOAL Soccer Camp.

Paige protects the goal.

Waiting to hear the day's "Total Player."
All three kids received this distinguished award  throughout the week, which is awarded for good sportsmanship  participation, team spirit and input during small group time.

Paige's coat stayed the week in our home with 4 other coaches, so she had a special friend ship with Coach Jake on and off the field!

Connor also had the privilege of having his coach in our home for the week as well.
Coach Steve was very impressed with Connor's great attitude and ability to put the skills taught into effect during game time.

Jake had a great time with Coach Jacobee this week.  She commented many times on his Bible knowledge and his knowlege and love for all the little creatures that they discovered during their Bible times or while taking a break from the field.

We also had Ben with us for the week; he was from England.  The kids really enjoyed listening to his accent and talking about the differences between England and America.

Here are all the coaches that stayed with us:
Steve, Ben, Pete and Jake

We had a fun week of two Steve's and two Jake's!
The coaches were fabulous and we really enjoyed having teens in the house!
Such a fun time!!

July 4th at Mullet Lake- Part 2

Paige was NOT open bit happy about the fact that she was left behind on a trip to visit Great-Grandpa  (when the boys went in May) and when she heard about all the fun things they did, she wouldn't stop asking when she would get to go.

She was VERY excited to learn we were planning a trip...

And she was NOT disappointed.

Hunting for Frogs!

Never mind that she's wearing a dress, NOTHING will stop this girl from getting into the action!

They did this for hours!
Just exploring the ditches out near the road.

Eeewww!

Meanwhile, Daddy & Grandpa discuss life and its solutions.
