Connor's 6th Birthday & Lego Party!

Connor had a great birthday! He had breakfast in his bean bag (Jake was still in bed, so we had to go to plan B) ...and yes! he is wearing shorts! :)

He got a new Piston's jersey-

Had a lego cake-

A couple of Paigey's friends attended his party since their brothers were here and school orientation was that morning...so this is the girls table.

And the best gift August 2oth ever gave us!!!

Bonus was that the Cider Mill opened on Con's b-day so he celebrated with some donuts & cider.

Then more cards, gifts, and dinner at Red Robin...

Happy Birthday, Little Man. You are truly the love of our lives!

Malone Girl Play Dates

Once a week through out the summer we got together with our friends the Malone's. The kids are all similar ages and have a great time together. Here are a few pics of our summer fun.

Christina and me at DTE (with Steve & Jerry)
for a Summer Concert.

At the pool...

At the lake...

And everything in between. We caught bugs, frogs, went on hikes, swam, tubed, colored, made bracelets, collected shells and just plain had a LOT of fun!

Family Putt-Putt

Connor really wanted the WHOLE family to go play Putt-Putt together. So we told him he could earn the event with Behavior Bucks. 50 Behavior Bucks later we had a great family night.

Chef in the Making

Connor has always had a liking for the kitchen. He truly enjoys baking and creating! This week he offered to make us dinner "all by himself!" We talked about what he might like to make and he decided upon subs. He did a fantastic job and we truly enjoy having our own personal chef int he house! As time goes on this could be an wonderful gift of service to us all!!

Next, Connor made pancakes. Again, he did this entirely

Stay tuned...there are many more meals in the future. Our boys loves the kitchen.
